The Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership supports efforts to unlock and reuse data held by private-sector companies, particularly those in the marine and maritime industries, to support ocean observation, research, environmental monitoring, and better decision-making. Through a dedicated pilot action, it aims to create mechanisms that enable industry data to contribute to the marine knowledge system in general, and to the OceanEye initiative in particular.
