About the meeting

The meeting serves a dual purpose. Firstly, it provides a platform for projects to present their work plans, objectives, and expected impacts in an open discussion with the Follow-up Group, responsible for evaluating the projects in the future (for the mid-term and final-term reviews). This will foster connections among peers and identify potential synergies and complementarities between projects. Secondly, participants will receive essential information for their upcoming 36 months of collaboration and beyond. Topics will include synergies with other EU initiatives, monitoring obligations during the project's lifespan, communication strategies, data management plans, and more.

Participants

  • Coordinators/consortium partners of the funded projects
  • Funding agencies participating in Call 2023
  • Follow-up Expert Group
  • European Commission representatives
  • Invited speakers and other SBEP invited members
