Information Webinar | 4th Joint Transnational Call

The Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership's Fourth Joint Transnational Call is launching on 14 September, under the theme "Building a sustainable and innovative Blue Economy: mastering digital opportunities and fostering resilience". It will cover 4 priority areas and receive co-branding from the UN Ocean Decade.

An information webinar for potential applicants will be held to answer any questions regarding the call.

This fourth co-funded call aims to support transnational research and innovation projects addressing one of the four priority areas below:

  • Priority area 1: Transitioning the blue economy sectors for sustainability and strategic autonomy
  • Priority area 2: Managing sea-uses by advancing digital and ecosystem-based approaches
  • Priority area 3: Promoting sustainable blue bioresources through innovation in marine production and harvesting
  • Priority area 4: Building resilience in coastal communities with infrastructures and businesses

 

Projects should run for 36 months and involve partners from at least three participating countries, with the call encouraging the involvement of businesses, public authorities, associations and civil society organisations.

These and other eligibility criteria and requirements will be presented to interested applicants during the online session.
