Description

The 60 partner institutions of the Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership will meet in Rome on 25 January for the kick off meeting of the Partnership. The event is organised back to back with meeting of the Steering Committee and General Assembly on 23 and 24 January. The kick-off meeting will present the Partnership and it’s thematic foci and regional sea basin approach. Synergies with other Partnerships and the Mission Restore our Seas and Ocean will be discussed with key representatives of the European Commission. The event is a first occasion for engagement and for looking iahead towards delivering impact to meet the EU policy objectives of the Green Deal, the digital dransformation and Covid recovery.
